i Hospitality Group is now seeking an Online Business & Reservations Trainee for our beautiful 4 Hotels and lodges based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZuluNatal. The perfect candidate for this position has to be a young hard-working, sober and organized candidate that can work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities Include:
 
·      Full online creditors function
·      Assisting with reservations & inquiries online and social media
·      Spreadsheets & daily reporting
·      Basic office / Admin functions
·      Preparing creditors for payment
·      Reconciliations
·      Record keeping & maintaining filing systems
·      Daily inventory stock take
·      Uploading recent properties images on our User Interface and booking platforms.

Qualifications:

·      Positive, happy, friendly, confident, clear voice for answering the phones
·      Excellent verbal & written communication skills
·      Excellent attention to detail and  arithmetic ability
·      Hotel experience will be an advantage.
·      Computer literate MS Word; Excel & Email, Internet explorer
·      Knowledge of eCommerce website, nightsbridge and OTAs will be a huge added advantage
·      Excellent customer service and etiquette.
·      Must be self-motivated & resourceful.

Training :

·     Two months training(Day/Night Shifts) with no stipend.

.      Successful candidates will be expected to start immediately.
