Did iLawu rebrand?
Yes, we rebranded. On our 10 year anniversary, we decided to take a direction and move with the times. This is what inspired our rebranding.
Are the establishments under new management?
No, the establishments are still owned by the same company that you have trusted to deliver great service for over 10 years - iLawu Hospitality.
Is cheaper to book directly on the website compare to other booking platforms?
Yes. We always strive to put the customer first. Hence why when you book directly though our website you do not get charged any admin or handling fees. Hence saving you more money!
Can I book for large groups?
Where you are booking for yourself only, friends or organisation iLawu always has room for you.
Where are your establishments based?

Is breakfast included in your rates?
In all of our properties, we serve breakfast a la carte style. Our rates do include breakfast.  
How much is a room per night? Or do you charge per person?
Our rates are charged per room and each property has its own rate which is inclusive of breakfast.
Is parking available?
All of our properties have sufficient, safe parking space.
What is the best price guarantee?
When booking through our website, we guarantee that you will get the best available rate.
When paying online, what are the payment options?
You can pay using your Credit card, do an EFT payment, use your Snapscan app or Masterpass app.
Do you allow children? If you do, do they also pay?
Or child policy is as follows: 0-2 free. 03-17 R200/night.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made 15 days or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge.
Are you hiring?

Do you cater for functions?
We can give you a venue but unfortunately, we do not cater for functions. We do have packages that are offered for conferences. Please contact us on 033 342 2127 for more information/ a quotation.
Does you establishment have free wifi?
Yes we do have wifi accessible throughout the properties. Obtain a voucher or password from the reception.
