USE OF OUR FACILITIES IS STRICTLY AT OWN RISK
The owner, manager, and/or operator of these premises, amenities, and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction and or damage to any property arising from the use of these facilities regardless of the cause thereof.
•All facilities including the swimming pool and braai areas close at 22:00
• No noise will be allowed after 22:00
• No visitors allowed after 19:00
• Right of admission reserved
• Our reception times Monday-Sunday including Public holidays 06:00-22:00
• Cancellations made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge
• Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge
• Over-the-counter bookings (walk-ins) are subject to a full payment charge and are non-refundable, non-cancellable and will incur a 100% charge
• There are no refunds for early check-outs and “no-shows”
• Early check-ins may incur costs
